These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1777et website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 1777et and is made available exclusively to eligible adult players located in Bangladesh.

To register and maintain an account on 1777et, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 1777et strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification documents may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in Bangladesh and legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you personally.
• Single Account: Each player may hold only one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.

1777et accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 1777et does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from unverified third-party sources.

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours, subject to identity verification requirements being met. Bank card withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi banks may take up to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

1777et does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which 1777et accepts no liability. It is your responsibility to review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawing before these requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus balance. The cash component of your balance remains withdrawable at any time in accordance with standard verification procedures.

1777et reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks — including requests for source-of-funds documentation — before approving withdrawals that exceed designated thresholds. These checks are conducted to protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

From time to time, 1777et may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, seasonal Eid or Pohela Boishakh promotions, and other incentive programmes. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry windows, and maximum withdrawal limits.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 1777et promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account expire if not used within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically.

1777et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing eligibility for any promotion is contingent on the player's account remaining in good standing throughout the promotional period.

All games available on the 1777et Platform — including slots, live casino tables, rummy, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface and by the relevant game studio's or data provider's own terms of operation.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Match result disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 1777et relies on official data feeds from recognised sports data providers. The result recorded by 1777et's data feed is final for settlement purposes.
• Abandoned or postponed events: If a match is abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed (as defined by the applicable sport's governing body), unsettled bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• Live betting: Once a live bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Live odds fluctuate in real time and reflect current match conditions. Players accept the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation.
• Maximum bet limits: 1777et applies maximum stake limits per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. Attempting to place bets that exceed the stated limit may result in the excess portion being refused or the entire bet being voided.
• Error correction: In the event of an obvious pricing or data error (including incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault), 1777et reserves the right to void any bet placed on the erroneous market and return the stake to the player.

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — follow the settlement rules of the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). All cricket bet settlements are based on official results as published by the applicable governing body within the time frame specified in 1777et's market settlement policy.

1777et reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice if any of the following circumstances arise:

• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The player has operated multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular betting activity has been detected.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• A valid self-exclusion request is in force for the player.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires the account to be restricted or closed.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held in escrow and released to you once the investigation concludes in your favour. If the investigation determines a breach of these Terms, 1777et reserves the right to retain all or part of the account balance to recover any bonus funds, fraudulent winnings, or losses caused to the Platform by the breach.

Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is completed.

All content on the 1777et Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1777et or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent from 1777et.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777et shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Interruptions in Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service outages.
• Delays or failures in the transmission of bets or game results caused by internet connectivity issues on your side.
• Data loss, corruption, or security breaches resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses sustained during normal gameplay, regardless of the size of the wager or the player's expectation of a particular outcome.
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the Platform that was affected by a technical error or data feed delay.

The 1777et Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Where statutory consumer protection laws in Bangladesh apply minimum liability standards, those standards are not excluded by this clause.

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the 1777et Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
